I am by no means a photographer but I'm hoping to get better and I'm learning. I played around the other day taking photos of Jackson our Shih Tzu and I finally opened Lightroom 5 to start learning. It's completely new to me but I'm determined to figure it all out.

Pancakes [homemade]

I love the abundance of information you can get over on youtube. I follow a variety of channels from hair, beauty, makeup, and food to name a few.  I came across Byron Talbot thru his wife Rachel Talbot who is a beauty blogger and he had a recipe for homemade pancakes so I thought why not give them a try. I am so glad I did!  The pancakes were yummers and I will never buy a box of pancake mix again.  It does require a bit more work but they are so worth it and you can't forget about a small side of bacon.  He has some awesome recipes over on his youtube channel so please search for him there.

Excited to Blog [again]

I seem to go in spurts when it comes to blogging. I get started and then I decide to stop.  I'll post something one day and won't post again for months but this time I wanted to really commit to documenting our lives. Oh, and we moved to Korea. I mentioned it like it was an after thought but yes, we are living overseas now and I want to document our journey.  I'll blog more about our move  and our experiences later.  So happy to be blogging again!
