[ aspiring photographer: Hair Wash Day ]

I am by no means a photographer but I'm definitely aspiring to be. I hope that this blog will serve not only as a way to document our stay overseas but also my photography journey.  My goal is to really have it down by next year and hoping to grab a mentor or two along the way so Sasha owner of BlueLips if you ever read this blog, I'm referring to you darling! Today was a typical wash day in our house so I decided to pull the camera out and try and get better at this photography thing. The only way I keep hearing that it gets any better is by practice.

These photos are in no particular order as the ones that I had showing her before and after weren't good enough to post, at least not to me. The focus is off, etc...

Jackson is always somewhere near where you are!

Sitting under the steamer is not the greatest feeling as you can tell. My baby was completely over the steam at this point. I made the adjustment and she did well sitting underneath it for the rest of her steam time.

She read Harry Potter while steaming but the end result was some fresh moisturized hair, itch free!

Focus is off and lighting on this photo but I love it nonetheless
